Cancellation Policy and other Information

1. A deposit equivalent to the first night's rental is required to confirm your reservation.
2. Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
3. If you must cancel your reservation a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. If notification is received 14 days prior to your booked date there will be a full refund. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your booked date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Rates listed do not include the 6% GST.
5. Additional occupants 16 years of age and over are charged an additional $20.00.
6. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
7. The house is a designated non-smoking area. Any substances smoked should be done so outside where there is a covered wrap-around porch
8. The maximum number of guests accepted is 6
9. I like animals, but please read our pet policy before booking.
10. All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars, and are subject ot change.
11. Although the house is completely private, there is an onsite caretaker available by telephone at any time for any questions or assistance that may be needed.
