Cancellation Policies

Summer: A 50% deposit at the time of booking, refundable up to 60 days in advance minus a $45.00 processing fee.
Rest of the Year: A one night deposit at the time of booking, refundable up to 14 days in advance of your booked date minus a $45.00 processing fee.

2010/2011 Rates

All rates (except for holidays and summer rates) are based on double occupancy.
Additional guests are $20.00/person, children (2-15) are $10.00.
There is a maximum occupancy of 6 in accordance with a District of Tofino bylaw.

March, April, May $220.00/night based on double occupancy, $20.00/additional person
June and September: $250.00/night based on double occupancy, $20.00/additional person.
Summer & holiday rates are $375.00/night based on up to a max of 6 person occupancy for weekly bookings, $400.00/night for 3-6 days.
Oct. $220.00/night based on double occupancy, $20.00/additional person
Nov.-Dec. $190.00/night, $20.00/additional person.

There is also the unfortunate 12% Harmonized sales Tax (HST).
